TOPIC:  What General Counsel Want – For Themselves, Their Teams & Their Outside Counsel.

Many in-house lawyers lament that their legal departments are flat organizations with minimal resources to develop, advance or carve out a bigger role. Meanwhile, law firm lawyers often find the expectations of general counsel to be increasingly enigmatic and law firms find it challenging to distinguish themselves.
